Exterior window & storefront cleaning:
- Clean exterior windows
- Remove debris from storefront entrance
- Remove cobwebs & leaves from storefront awnings
- If applicable, cut & remove grass on sidewalk in-front of store
- Cleanings are performed from 5 to 9 AM and thus don’t interrupt business hours
- Available 7-days-per-week
$20-$30
- Weekly – $20 per cleaning
- Twice per month – $25 per cleaning
- Monthly – $30 per cleaning
Residential
For HOMEOWNERS
Window cleaning
From $200-$300
- $200 – Clean all exterior windows (includes screen removal and cleaning)
- $250 – Also clean all interior windows
- $300 – Also open windows and clean window grooves
- I currently only clean first-floor windows
- Cleanings are performed during daylight hours
- Available 7-days-per-week
Hi, my name is Max Altmann
I’m a husband and father of 3 young kids. I grew-up in the Laurel Canyon neighborhood of L.A. and have been living in the City of Burbank for the last 10 years.
I love living in Los Angeles and have a passion for helping keep storefronts clean and inviting as well as maintaining the curb appeal of homes in the Greater L.A. area.
When I’m not cleaning windows, I’m either spending time with my family or working in my other profession as a Real Estate Agent.
